Shipping policy

Processing: 2-3 business days. If the time needs to be extended we will notify you.  That time stated is the time your order will ship. When your order is shipped the tracking will be under your PayPal Account or under your PayPal email. Orders shipped outside the United Stated are responsible for custom fees. We are not responsible for any custom fees. Once it leaves the United States we are not responsible for any issues that may arise. Custom Glory Wigs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to errors in shipping address inputs. The shipment will be sent to the shipping address on file.

Timeline:
 
Standard estimated completion time is 7 -14 business days. If a longer production time is needed I will contact you about the completion date of your new wig unit. Please allow 2-3 days for processing. Production will begin immediately after that. Some Rush options are available at an additional fee. (Contact via email: info@toniirby.com).

Shipping: 7-14 business days. All units are shipped through a shipping company.
Refunds & Exchanges: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to the nature of Custom Glory Wigs products there are no refunds or exchanges – NO EXCEPTIONS. Once the lace is cut and/or the wigs are worn in any way, they are non-refundable. Wigs are custom in nature and cannot be reused by others. Please take your measurements and select options very carefully. I will make your custom wig according to your exact specifications.

Disclaimer: Any unit out of the box will need a little love after the long flight to get to your doorstep. You may have to tweak her just a bit after she arrives at her new home.
