Due to the nature of the apparel products and COVID-19, apparel sales are final unless our customer service department made a mistake on sizing. If there is any discrepancies please contact customer service department via email stating the discrepancy in writing. Our customer service department will contact you after further investigation.
Covid-19: Due to Covid-19 and the custom nature of Custom Glory Wigs, all payments are non-refundable and credit can not be applied to future purchases, unless arrangements are made with Custom Glory Wigs, this policy is strictly upheld.
Policies & Procedures: With any custom creation, we will work as hard as possible to get the style, color, texture, and look you’ve been dreaming of. However, we can not promise that it will look the same on you as it does on the model. We can guarantee it will be lovely, fabulous, and up to high standards, but there may be some differentiations. As the nature of hair is all up to personal preference, you WILL need to style the unit on your own upon receiving it and make the unit your own! This is very crucial to falling in love with your style.
Processing: All units have processing times under the product in the description. That time stated is the time your order will ship. When your order is shipped the tracking will be under your PayPal Account or under your PayPal email. Orders shipped outside the United Stated are responsible for custom fees. We are not responsible for any custom fees. Once it leaves the United States we are not responsible for any issues that may arise. Custom Glory Wigs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to errors in shipping address inputs. The shipment will be sent to the shipping address on file.
Timeline: Standard estimated completion time is
7-14 business days. If a longer production time is needed I will contact you about the completion date of your new wig unit. Please allow 2-3 days for processing. Shipping: All units are shipped through a shipping company.
Refunds & Exchanges: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to the nature of Custom Glory Wigs products there are no refunds or exchanges – NO EXCEPTIONS. Once the lace is cut and/or the wigs are worn in any way, they are non-refundable. Wigs are custom in nature and cannot be reused by others. Please take your measurements and select options very carefully. I will make your custom wig according to your exact specifications.
Disclaimer: Any unit out of the box will need a little love after the long flight to get to your doorstep. You may have to tweak her just a bit after she arrives at her new home. Please note. We are not responsible for a poor fit due to improper measurements, improper alterations by a stylist, improper installs due to alterations of the units, improper care of the unit, tangling, color fade due to wear and tear or product error, misunderstanding of wig wear, misunderstanding of policies and procedures, expectations, incorrect cut done by a stylist resulting in a wig that does not fit.
We are not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings or photographs. We recommend you take the wig unit to a colorist in your city and have the unit colored to fit you.
